Who We Are

The Genesis Fit is a holistic, individualized approach to fitness, nutrition, and assisted stretching. We specialize in helping clients improve their range of motion, have better mobility and flexibility, and strengthen core muscle imbalances to improve quality of life. We are the Premier Fitness Club in Marshfield, Massachusetts.

What We Do

Functional Fitness

Our trainers use a variety of functional fitness movements to help strengthen your core muscles while giving you the best cardio workout possible. Our workouts challenge your balance, mental focus, endurance and strength with our one on one coaching style.

Nutrition Guidance

We strive to help our clients take control of their nutrition as well as their health. Have one of our trainers help you understand what types of food to eat and what type to avoid. We are committed to educating our clients about how to make better food choices by understanding the effects that food has on their body.

Assisted Stretching

We help improve the quality of life for our clients by offering stretching sessions that are assisted by a professional therapist. The process includes gentle pressure that is applied with the hands or elbows with different stretches that help increase your range of motion and flexibility while also reducing pain in your joints.
