Post-rehabilitation training is specific to individuals who are finishing up or currently involved in physical therapy. We connect with your physical therapist to help facilitate your transition from PT to mobility. Insurance no longer pays for physical therapy after you reach 85% recovery. You are expected to continue the program prescribed by your PT after you are no longer with them. This means you most likely still have work to do to get back to the full range of motion, mobility, and flexibility that you had prior to the surgery or injury. We work with the PTs to bridge this gap!
All of our Trainers learn how to conduct many Assisted Stretching techniques. They are very conscious and aware of you as they help build up your Range of Motion (ROM), mobility, and flexibility in order to avoid injury, and allow you to move more freely.
Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace, and still have any number of free workspaces.
The initial consult gives us the time to do a full evaluation of your individual needs. We get to hear your story here! This will help us determine possible solutions that work for you. We ask that you wear comfortable clothing and running shoes for this! Included in the initial consult: Body composition analysis. Posture and compensation pattern evaluation. Functional fitness evaluation. Nutrition evaluation. Suggested course of action.
Group Training 10-16 members. Group Training allows our trainers to deliver high energy workouts to multiple people at a reduced cost! This is a very cost effective way to get started working towards your goals!
Using the state of the art, Inbody 570, we can get a full body weight and composition check. This machine can break down your weight by lean body, body fat, and water weight. It breaks down your lean body and body fat segmentally. It also gives you a visceral fat score and estimates your BMR. (Basal Metabolic Rate) Let one of our trainers help you find your baseline or track your progress. Test runs ~ 5 minutes Analysis ~ 10 minutes
A workout program is individually designed for your specific needs. This service is an option for individuals who are unable to participate in our training memberships. All memberships have this included! Have a trainer create a plan, goals, and a program to achieve these goals. This allows you the flexibility to train at home, on the road, or even at a gym.
